This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides remedies for non-conforming digital content, including repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.
For subscriptions or memberships, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not usually entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
11. Educational Purpose Only
The course is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
any particular search engine ranking;
any specific level of traffic, leads, enquiries, or sales;

you have copied, redistributed, or misused the content;
continued access creates a legal, security, or operational risk.
Where appropriate, we may also remove your access to future updates, community spaces, and member benefits.
Termination under this clause does not limit any other legal rights or remedies we may have.
14. Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to provide continuous access to the course, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
We may temporarily suspend access for:
maintenance;
security reasons;
technical upgrades;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays or disruption caused by third-party platforms, software providers, internet outages, or device compatibility issues beyond our control.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to the above:
we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss;
we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the course;
our total liability in connection with your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or subscription, except where the law provides otherwise.
